Meisterwerk is a Berlin-based startup that aims to digitize the construction industry. Their product serves as a digital alternative, offering a more efficient solution for managing projects. We created a mobile Time & Task Tracking feature that would bridge the gap between enterprise functionality and consumer-grade experience.
We designed a solution that empowers craftsmen to capture their progress on the go, freeing them from the constraints of traditional paper order slips.
Product-Market Fit
Our collaboration resulted in a future vision for the platform. The first step: a seamlessly integrated time-tracking feature, propelling Meisterwerk closer to the elusive product-market fit.
The app was designed for better organization between the back-office and the workforce. It simplifies processes, minimizes paperwork, and saves time. Employees can document their work easily and reliably with photos, videos, files, and tasks and keep track of the deadlines.
The Wizard
At the center of the product is our quick data-input wizard that aids craftsmen in tracking and logging such crucial details as time spent on the job, date, location, and task specifics — all without the burden of errors. Every employee records working, break, and driving times with the start and stop function.
Designed with simplicity in mind, even newcomers find their way through the user-friendly and intuitive interface. The tool should be an aid in day-to-day activities, not an obstacle. Order progress, updates, and feedback are sent automatically and in real-time to all those affected.
The wizard's debut saw a remarkable 20% reduction in time-on-task on average, solidifying its impact on the company’s efficiency.
Task List
Our dashboard offers users an instant overview of their work progress. With a single click, details for a specific job unfold, accompanied by a summary of hours worked or pending. It becomes extremely easy to orient yourself in upcoming tasks and keep track of hours spent, commute time, coworkers, job instructions, client details, and more. Each task can be checked off the list when finished.
